It is our goal to provide 100% satisfaction for our customers.
  • We will accept permanent make up machine returns within 7 days of your order receipt. Machines and their packaging must be returned unused and in resalable condition. All machines that are not in an unused/resalable condition will not be refunded.
  • A return authorization is required to return our permanent make up machines. Please email info@PermanentMakeupSupplyUSA.com for a return request. Please do not send back packages without prior authorization, as they will be refused. The customer is responsible for return freight charges.
  • Upon receiving the authorized returned package, we will issue a full refund, less shipping and handling. The process can take up to 10 business days.
  • If damage has occurred and you feel that it was due to mishandling by the freight carrier, please contact Customer Service at 1 (888) 438-7412 to advice immediately. We will then file a claim. Please keep all packaging until claim has been settled.
  • Refused or Undeliverable Merchandise will be assessed a 25% restocking fee and freight charges will not be refunded.
  • If you would like to exchange your permanent make up machine, please email info@PermanentMakeupSupplyUSA.com. Please inform us of the machine you wish to exchange it for as long as the machine and box are in unused, resalable condition. Exchange freight will be customer responsibility (to return and reship).
  • Any machines that have chips, scratches, etc. due to manufacture flaw will gladly be replaced. These incidents must be reported within 2 business days of your order receipt. Please inspect your order as soon as you received it.
  • US orders takes usually between 24-72 business hours to be shipped. International orders, up to 5 business days.
